Hi, I’m Greg! I’m a passionate Architect, property expert, and dedicated entrepreneur with a focus on property development. After leading a team of 15 architects for a local authority, I successfully launched my first private architectural practice. From there, things went from strength to strength—I raised enough capital to secure land and build a new holiday let during the COVID lockdown.

Life was thriving, but then came an unforeseen challenge: a divorce. It was tough, but it became the catalyst for my growth. Managing a team, running a successful practice, and operating a cash-flowing holiday let business felt like the pinnacle of success—until it all slipped away.

That experience taught me resilience and the power of strategic property investment. Today, investing with G&P Property Services isn’t just about securing your financial future—it’s about learning how to make money through property investment and effective property management. Hi, I’m Paulina! I’m a marketing specialist and psychology graduate. My journey began with blog writing and social media content creation for my own psychology-related blog. I've built a successful personal brand, created online training courses and managed very busy social media platforms. Wanting to deepen my understanding of why people behave the way they do, I went on to complete an MSc in Psychology, specialising in human behaviour and social psychology.

Life, however, had other plans. During my degree, the father of my then 10-year-old son unexpectedly moved abroad, leaving me navigating single parenthood, supporting a confused child, and taking on full financial responsibility. Balancing study, parenting, and working for my long-term employer all at the same time meant I had to step back from my blog — but this experience strengthened me as a person.

Today, I bring all of that experience together at G&P Property Services. Using my background in psychology and marketing I lead our brand strategy to position G&P as a trusted, transparent, and client-focused provider of property solutions. I am also highly skilled in business administration,  ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Alongside this, I have an experience in serviced accommodation, having created marketing materials and managed the day-to-day operations of a four-bedroom holiday cottage in Wimborne, which is part of our property investment portfolio.

My journey has taught me adaptability and the value of doing things properly. At G&P, I’m committed to building a brand that people trust and partnerships that last.
